Passing is a very long subject so let's begin with dressing your age.
There is fine line between dressing your age and looking nice and wearing something wrong or two big for you and looking frumpy. I know that many of us like to be understated thinking that makes it easier to pass but well, that's not my experience.
the more feminine I appear the more likely I am to pass.
Spend lots of time looking at a variety of women that are more or less your age. Notice the range of clothing they wear and notice how they fit their bodies. Women wear their clothes tighter to the body then men and it takes used to that feeling.
Shop at Goodwill type store until you find those things that work well for you, look good on you and then you can start buying in regular stores.
