After 20 years of wearing lingerie 24/7/365 I would say I am a crossdresser. I say this because I don't just wear panties only, I wear all types of lingerie and some woman's clothing. I have a couple skirts and blouses, but mostly I focus on lingerie. Lingerie is wear I feel the most excitement and where I get the most positive feed back from people. I don't make a passable woman with fully dressed so accepting that I usually don't fully dress. I do on the other hand have my toe nails painted 24/7 also and do a few other fem things with my man's clothes.

I would have to say that I am also Cross Dresser and at this point of my life I am not passable, but I am not sure that I truly care to be passable. I have many different types of feminine clothing, but mostly I also focus on Lingerie and like you I still feel the most excitement wearing Lingerie. As far as getting the most positive feed back from other people is not a true concern, since I wear it for my own pleasure and excitement. Also like you I get regular pedicures and I also have my toe nails painted and I love the look and when I wear hose they look great. It also helps that I keep my body shaved smooth from nose to my painted toes. Being shaved smooth just adds to the excitement and pleasure as I wear the many different styles and fabrics of Lingerie.

This is really a Hard question to answer......I think that I am either a panty boy who is also a cross dresser.......or I am a cross dresser who is also a panty boy.
I do so much love lovely silky smooth lingerie, and others have also mentioned here, it does feel, oh so nice, when my body is silky smooth after I have it waxed. I also have my toenails painted, and both my ears pierced, am growing my hair longer so it can be styled in a more feminine manner, and would dearly love to increase my titties to at least a "B" cup.

I do wear panties every day, but I also wear bras when home, sometimes to the store if I'm sure it won't be obvious to others that I'm wearing one. I always wear a nightgown to bed. So I'm not a pantyboy either.
I found that taking female hormones is making my boobs larger. I've gone from an A cup to a B so far and hope to fill a C cup eventually. Of course, my body and leg hair is now finer and sparser, and my sac and balls are shrinking. I don't want to change my sex. I love having a cock and how it looks and feels, but I love dressing too.
